Responsibilities

As an Senior Project Manager, job duties include:

• Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.

• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and communicate project status effectively.

• Leverage expertise in Contact Center/Call Center technology and telecommunications to drive project success.

• Cultivate relationships with diverse project sponsors and business units to ensure alignment and support.

• Manage and influence project team members in a matrixed environment, without direct reporting authority.

• Utilize robust negotiating and influencing skills to navigate project challenges and drive results.

• Apply analytical and strategic thinking to oversee budgeting, forecasting, process management, risk management, quality control, and operational efficiencies.

• Implement PMI-based project management methodologies to enhance project performance and deliverables.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with medium to high complexity, high-profile projects.

• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

• Advanced understanding of Contact Center technologies, with familiarity in Genesys Contact Center preferred.

• Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Knowledge of PMI-based project management competencies and methodologies.
