Idealforce has CONTRACT position available immediately for a Help Desk Analyst 3 to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an Onsite position.

End users could include SOS personnel both in office and remote, and could also include Boards of Elections' election night reporting computers. 50% must have experience in Microsoft Technology as well as MAC computers for support to users with that technology or equipment. 50% of this role will involve troubleshooting a variety of software, hardware and other questions related to those items and issues.

20%previous experience in State Government IT help desk or similar field is preferred.
