As Enterprise Architect, HR, Legal, Risk and Compliance Systems, this person will be responsible for supporting project prioritization, business process evaluation, and solution assessments for all key systems and technology initiatives in the HR, Legal, and Compliance space. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Legal, Compliance, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience10+ years of relevant work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .A Master's degree or MBAStrong knowledge of HR, Legal, and Compliance systems Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them to stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analyticallyWhat will you be doing in this role?Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with the organization's business goals, operational strategy, and key objectivesUnderstand and map the HR, Legal, and Compliance functions' current state and define their future state, including the development of the system and business process architecture roadmapProvide expertise on HR, Legal, and Compliance systems, ensuring their effective integration with other business and operational systemsSupport system consolidation efforts, including maintaining and driving multi-year transition plans and ensuring proper discovery to support system rationalizationUnderstand, optimize, and oversee HR, Legal, and Compliance processes, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and challenges and develop solutions to meet these needsEnsure that the enterprise architecture adheres to established standards and principles, including adherence to TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) guidelines and principlesMaintain existing processes for documentation, business process mapping, and engagement between business and technical resources, enabling self-service and consultative servicesMonitor the current enterprise architecture for efficiency and effectiveness and suggest improvements and strategic changes when necessaryManage a small team of business analysts focused on understanding and documenting our current state systems and processes to drive towards a future state architectureAs required for project engagement, create, update, and maintain north star/target architecture documents and transition state to support deliveryAbout the TeamThe Enterprise Services team ensures the performance and availability of critical business systems while optimizing technologies to align with business processes, including transformation and integration activities.
